Blueberry and White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup McCains Seasons Choice Blueberries
2 cups self raising flour
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup white chocolate bits
1 egg, lightly beaten
¾ buttermilk
½ cup vegetable oil

Method

Preheat oven at 180oC for 10 minutes. Grease muffin trays. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl, stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. 

Chef's Tip

Thaw product at room temperature. Use as fresh fruit or incorporate into your favourite recipies – yogurt, pies, ice cream, fruit cups, milkshake, smoothies, muffins and more!
