Ingredients
500g McCain Mixed Vegetables
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp flour
1 cup reduced fat milk
Method
Cook McCain Mixed Vegetables as per packet instructions. Whilst the vegetables are cooking, melt margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Add flour and mix well. Slowly stir in milk and gently bring to the boil. Continue to stir constantly until sauce thickens. Mix in the cooked McCain Mixed Vegetables and heat through. Serve hot.
