Ingredients
100g McCain Baby Peas
100g McCain Super Juicy Corn Kernels
2 tsp margarine
2 rashers lean bacon, diced
1 tomato, diced
a onion, diced
1 tsp fresh basil, finely chopped
Method
Cook McCain Baby Peas and McCain Super Juicy Corn Kernels as per packet instructions. Heat a non-stick saucepan and slowly melt the margarine over low heat. Add the bacon and sauté until brown. Add the tomato and onion and sauté for 1 minute. Add the cooked McCain Baby Peas and Super Juicy Corn Kernels and mix and sauté for a further minute. Add the basil to taste. Serve hot.
