2 cups Season’s Choice Four Berry Mix
4 green pears, peeled, cored and sliced
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 teas ground cinnamon
½ teas ground cardamom
¼ teas ground cloves
pinch of nutmeg
Crumble Topping Ingredients
1 cup flour
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 cups corn flakes, lightly crushed
1 teas ground cinnamon
75gm butter, melted
Method
Combine all filling ingredients and place in a medium sized heat proofbaking dish. Combine all crumble ingredients and sprinkle on top of berry mix. Bake in a preheated 180c oven for 45-50 minutes or until pears are tender and crumble is crisp.
