Ingredients
½ cup sugar
100gm butter
2 eggs
100gm ground almonds
½ cup flour
1 teas vanilla
pinch of salt
20 cm prepared tart shell
2 cups Season’s Choice Blueberries, frozen
Method
Using an electric mixer, combine sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time until well combined. Fold in remaining ingredients until just combined. Pour mix into tart shell and top with McCain Seasons Choice Blueberries. Bake in a preheated 180c oven for 40 – 45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
