Serves: 10-12 extra large muffins
Ingredients
¾ cup butter, melted
1 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup raw sugar, extra to garnish
½ cup rolled oats, extra to garnish
3 cups self raising flour
450gm Season’s Choice 3 Berry Mix
Method
In a small bowl combine butter, milk and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Gently fold in liquid mixture to dry ingredients just until moist. Do not over mix. Spoon batter into lined muffin tins and sprinkle the tops with sugar and oats. Bake in a preheated 180c oven for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden brown.
