Cooking Directions

For best results, microwave cooking is recommended.

Microwave

1. Place one cup of frozen WINTER VEGETABLES into a microwave safe dish.
2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 - 3 ½ minutes stirring once half way through cooking.
3. Season to taste.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven.  Please adjust accordingly. 

Stove Top

1. Place one cup of frozen WINTER VEGETABLES into a saucepan of boiling water.
2. Return to boil and continue to cook for 4 - 5 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain; season to taste.
