Oven
1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 230°C (210°C fan forced) for 10 minutes.
2. Spread frozen McCAIN SCALLOP POTATO CAKES in a SINGLE LAYER on the preheated tray. Best results are achieved if McCAIN SCALLOP POTATO CAKES are well spaced on the tray.
3. Bake in oven for 6 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 6 - 8 minutes.
NOTE: Cooking times vary from oven to oven. Adjust the cooking times to suit your oven and your preferences.
Sandwich Press (flat surface)
Place frozen McCAIN SCALLOP POTATO CAKES in a single layer on the hot sandwich press. Ensure both sandwich press surfaces are in contact with the McCain Scallop Potato Cakes. Heat for 3½ - 4 minutes.
Grill
Preheat grill at medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Spread frozen McCAIN SCALLOP POTATO CAKES evenly over grill tray. Grill for 6 minutes. Turn and grill for a further 3 minutes.
NOTE: McCAIN SCALLOP POTATO CAKES are NOT suitable for toasters.
COOK TO LIGHT GOLDEN COLOUR.
Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation.
DO NOT OVERCOOK.
