Oven
1. Preheat oven and baking tray to 230°C (210°C fan forced) for 10 minutes.
2. Spread MCCAIN BEER BATTER WEDGES in a SINGLE LAYER on a baking tray. Best results are achieved if MCCAIN BEER BATTER WEDGES are well spaced on the tray.
3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 10 - 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.
NOTE: Cooking times may vary from oven to oven. Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven and preferences. Cook to a light golden colour. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When using smaller amounts reduce cooking time. Do not overcook.
