Ingredients

potato (86%), beer batter (8%) (wheat flour (gluten), wheat starch, salt, raising agents (450, 500), beer), canola oil.

Cooking Directions

Oven

1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 230°C (220°C fan forced) for 10 minutes. 
2. Spread McCAIN BEER BATTER FISH SHOP CHIPS in a SINGLE LAYER on a preheated oven tray.  Best results are achieved in McCAIN BEER BATTER FISH SHOP CHIPS are well spaced on the tray. 
3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 8 - 10 minutes.

 

NOTE: Cooking times may vary from oven to oven.  Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven and preferences.  Cook to a light golden colour. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation.  When using smaller amounts reduce cooking time.  Do not overcook.
