Easy Cooking Directions
For best results, oven cooking is recommended.
Oven
Preheat oven and baking tray to 230°C (220°C fan forced) for 10 minutes. Spread frozen McCain Crunchy “Beer Batter” Potato Fish Shop Chips in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 10 - 15 minutes or until crisp and golden. Oven temperatures vary greatly so you may wish to bake your McCain Crunchy “Beer Batter” Potato Fish Shop Chips for 5 - 10 minutes longer or until desired crispness.
NOTE: Cooking times vary from oven to oven. Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven and preferences.
Grill
Preheat grill at medium heat for 5 minutes. Spread frozen McCain Crunchy “Beer Batter” Potato Fish Shop Chips thinly and evenly over grill tray. Cook McCain Crunchy “Beer Batter” Potato Fish Shop Chips for 15 - 20 minutes or until crisp and golden. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Cook to light golden colour. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. Do not overcook.
