rissoles (24%) (beef, pork, water, seasoning (thickener (1412), salt, soy protein, vegetable fibre, acidity regulator (451), sugar, spices and herbs, vegetable powders, flavour (soy), acidity regulator (330), vegetable oils), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast), worcestershire sauce (vinegar, molasses, vegetables, colour (150d), tamarind extract), tomato sauce (tomatoes, acidity regulator (260)), milk powder, onion, carrots), roast potatoes (potato, vegetable oil), tomato relish (tomatoes, relish (tomatoes, sugar, vegetable powder, salt, spices (paprika)), onion, tomato paste, white wine (milk solids, egg), thickeners (1422, 1442, 415), garlic), beans, carrots, butter sauce (butter, thickener (1422), flavours (wheat, milk, soy)).

Cooking Directions

Heating Instructions

Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

Microwave

1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 7½ minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid.
4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

Oven

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place on a cold oven tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3. Cook for 30 - 35 minutes.
4. Remove from oven (on oven tray). Carefully peel off film lid.
5. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Plastic plate should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf. Meal is not to be heated in a toaster oven.

CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
