Ingredients

Tomato Sauce
(55%), tomatoes, onions, tomato paste, white wine, sugar, salt, spice, herbs, vegetable oil, thickener (1422), garlic
Cooked Ravioli
(44%), ravioli (wheat, ricotta cheese (7%) (whey, milk, salt), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt), egg, nutmeg, gluten, pepper, spinach (0.5%)), water
Topping
(1%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, gluten, natural colours (turmeric, paprika), parsley)

Cooking Directions

Heating Instructions

Meals are for microwave heating only. Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

Microwave

1. Remove frozen meal from carton.  Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir meal.  Place film lid back over meal and return to oven.  Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 2½ - 3 minutes.
3. Remove from oven.  Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.  
4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE:  Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven.  Please adjust accordingly.

CAUTION:  MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT.  BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS. 

Oven

1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Remove frozen meal from carton.  Pierce film lid in two places with a fork.  Place on a cold oven tray, on middle shelf of oven.
3. Cook for 35 minutes.
4. Remove from oven (on oven tray).  Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
5. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE:  Plastic tray should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf.  It is not recommended that the meal be heated in a toaster oven. 

CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
