Al dente beef tortellini tossed through a spinach and capsicum tomato sauce.

Microwave

Meals are for microwave heating only.  For best results heat from frozen.

1. Remove frozen meal from carton. DO NOT PIERCE OR PEEL FILM LID.
2. Cook on HIGH for 8½ minutes.
3. Stir meal and allow to stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
